SyncWeev is a business name of Dunari Advisory LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("SyncWeev," "we," or "us"). This page explains what we collect when you use syncweev.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What you tell us. When you request a proposal, you give us your name, email, and company, along with answers about your practice, your tools, and your goals. If you continue to kickoff prep, you also tell us about the tools you use every day. If you become a client, we collect the signing and billing details needed to start the work.
What your browser sends. Like every website, our hosting provider receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, and keeps it in short-lived security logs. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site analytics.
We use your information to prepare your proposal and Operations Profile, to reply to you, to follow up on your request, to deliver and bill for work you approve, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We rely on a small set of service providers who handle information only on our behalf: Cloudflare hosts the website, Notion stores your request and our project records, and, when they are in use, Brevo sends our email and Stripe processes payments. Stripe receives payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number. If you ask for a RealNex demo, we share your name, company, and contact details with RealNex only with your permission.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
We keep a request for as long as it is active, and for up to 3 years afterward if no work begins. We keep client records for as long as the engagement lasts and as long afterward as tax, accounting, and legal duties require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, send you a copy, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
We limit access to the people doing the work, use the security tools our providers offer, and never ask you to send passwords by email. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send us information you are not comfortable sharing.
This site is for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
If we change this page, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes that affect information you already gave us will be shared with you directly.
